男性長生きの県

　先日TV番組で男性が長生きする県として長野県が1位に挙げられていました。これまで大体長生きする人が多い県は沖縄や鹿児島、宮崎、高知と海沿いで暖かくボーっとしている方が多い地域だと歌之介師匠の受け売りで思っていました。ところが平均寿命は長野が1位。100歳以上のお年寄りの多い県は沖縄のようですが。でもって長野が何故長生きかという特集をやっていたわけですがまあバラエティ番組なんでいい加減で面白かったです。

■長野が長生きな理由

１）温泉が多い（活火山に囲まれている）

２）変わった祭りが多い（御柱際とかタイマツ叩きあい祭りとか）

３）美味しい食べ物が多い

う～む、どれも説得力に欠けますね。こんな理由付けよりも歌之介師匠の言う「海沿いで暖かい地域でボーっとしているB型」って方が説得力があります。B型は長生きだそうですよ。気を遣いませんから（笑）。長野は活火山に囲まれているそうですが鹿児島は活火山の上に住んでいるわけで子孫のことを考えるとどこかへ今のうちに脱出しておくべきなのかもしれませんね。どこにしましょう？どうせなら自転車の気持ちよく走れるフランスかイタリアかドイツの郊外でしょうか？そういえば私の憧れのCyclooさんはヨーロッパの旅に出発されました。4ヶ月ほど行かれるようです。定年退職後の理想的な過ごし方ですね。しかもご夫婦で。

ご本人、糖尿病の薬を飲みながらと書かれていましたが、それで自転車で旅が出来るというのは最高ですね。ツアー会社の旅で観光地を回るのも安全で安心ですが一度ぐらいはこういうたびをしてみたいものです。あれ？今日のテーマなんでしたっけ？そうそう長生きです。中世ヨーロッパでは馬に憧れる男達が多く、馬の鞍の上で人生の最後を迎えるのが理想と考える人たちも多かったとか。我々サイクリストはやはりサドルの上でしょうかね。決して路上には投げ出されたくないですが病院のベッドの上というのも情けないものです。

4ヶ月のヨーロッパじっくり回る旅を夫婦で100万くらいで出来るとしたらこんな安いものはないでしょうね。あっ、その前に英語を何とかしなきゃ。鹿児島弁とバイリンガルでは役に立たんでしょうな（爆）

外国に行くなら旅行でなくてこんな感じで生活もしてみたいですね。

ヨーロッパ行ったことが無いので行く時には自転車で行きたいです。

おはようございます。

　かつて沖縄県が長寿県だったのは、肉食の文化があることと、、もともとの沖縄料理は健康的だったからだと思います。
　今の沖縄料理は米軍が持ち込んだアメリカ産の加工食品を取り入れてから高カロリーになってしまい、健康食とは言えないことが、長寿県で亡くなった原因の一つかもしれませんね。

長野の知り合いが何人か居ますが、『御柱祭り』の時は
皆別人の様に血が騒ぐみたいです！(笑)
各地方でやはり祭りの時は同じ様な現象が起こるのですね？

御柱祭はまた特別なんでしょうね。鹿児島だと川内の大綱引きとか近いんでしょうが。子供の頃から自分の親やまたその親が血相変えてやっているのを目撃していますから自然とそうなるのでしょうね。
